- We prepare quotes on a wide range of sizes, typically in styles 3b (watercolor rendering), 4b (opaque vignette rendering), 6 (opaque rendering), and combo rendering (digital / hand painted mix). Quotes within 24 hours.
- Upon price approval, a contract, perspective layout and request for further information are prepared, usually within 48 hours.
- The client accepts responsibility for 25% of the approved price if the rendering is canceled after price approval.
- A 50% deposit is required with view approval. The balance is due prior to shipment of the completed rendering. (All major credit cards are accepted.)
- Completed artwork is shipped 10-12 business days following perspective approval and receipt of all requested information. Additional time may be required on larger projects, or multiple illustrations.
- Telephone, fax, or e-mail approvals are appreciated and a must on rush schedules.
- Artwork is shipped via the fastest carrier for your particular location: Fedex, UPS, or DHL.
- We can e-mail work-in-progress images and completed artwork.
- We can provide CDs, DVDs or any other digital format requested.
- Changes and corrections are given top priority. Revisions are charged on a per item basis. Corrections of our errors are at no charge.
- Rush schedules are honored; additional fees may be required. Timely client response is imperative to meet tight schedules.
