High Oaks Reserve is a private enclave of 22 generous sized home sites in a rolling wooded setting of prestige seclusion and convenience located on beautiful FLANDERS Road in Sylvania Township. Flanders Road runs North and South from Monroe Street to the Michigan line between Talmadge Road and Whiteford Road. As developments headed west and south, an island of unspoiled beauty and reclusion was overlooked. Recognizing this over 23 years ago, we began to preserve this treasure by creating the first of our now 4 private enclaves, High Oaks Place 1, 2, and 3 and now High Oaks Reserve located north of Alexis Road, a combined total of 107 lots. Only 13 lots remain sized from ½ acre to 1 acre, plus a 4,200 square foot existing Californian contemporary on a wooded hillside.

The entire section of the Flanders Road Corridor north of Alexis is a network of quiet wooded lanes offering miles of walking and biking opportunities with little traffic and ample wildlife surrounding new multi-million dollar homes.
