Our minimum square footage requirement is 3,000 square feet. Architectural and landscape controls are maintained to insure authentic and quality standards are consistent throughout the development. For example, every house is required to be masonry and the same brick type can only be used once in the development. Our construction price includes 3 car garages and full basements 9’-10’ deep. All thus far are finished with home theaters, kitchens, bars, game rooms, fireplaces, exercise or storage rooms; there is even a safe room and an elevator.
Our building team is the finest and most efficient in the area and meets our exacting standards at competitive prices. If you choose us to build your home, the lot price will include all home, site, landscape designing; drawings; engineering; and staking. Plus an animated walk through and fly around so there are no surprises and changes can be made before your home is begun. Or you can choose your own builder and designer.
