Watercolor Renderings have a very bright, fresh look. They use a more abstract form and colors are blended together. Some of the underlying drawing may show through and texture indications are more suggested than detailed in watercolor renderings. Leaving the lines in watercolor renderings is most economical, allowing us to go directly from our wire frame and landscape sketch to color. Pure watercolor renderings, with subtle lines in the architectural structure, is the most finished in appearance; however, any ink line with watercolor can be done to the level of detail that suits your needs and budget. Watercolor illustration is transparent and is more spontaneous in application than opaque renderings, resulting in variations in tones throughout the painting. This requires more latitude in exact color matching. One drawback is that a watercolor rendering is more difficult to alter than an opaque rendering; another is that watercolor renderings are more difficult to reproduce without loss of color density. This style is priced 15% less than an opaque rendering (style 6).
